Book: It by Stephen King
TV Show: Stranger Things

Connection:
Well, It influenced Stranger Things, and both are about a group of kids that unravel a horrifying mystery in their small town.

TV Show: The OC

Connection:
Apparently this book was part of the "Seth Cohen Starter Pack" that Seth gives to a couple other characters on the show. The show is also supposed to share some commonalities with the book. Either way, I've been wanting to watch this show for a while, and the book sounds pretty interesting.

Book: I, Robot by Isaac Asimov
TV Show: Mr. Robot

Connection:
They both have "Robot" in the title.

Book: Life As We Knew It by Susan Beth Pfeffer
TV Show: Miranda

Connection:
Both feature a main character by the name of "Miranda."

Book: Gilded by Christina Farley
TV Show: Dramaworld

Connection:
Both feature main characters that go from Los Angeles, USA to Seoul, South Korea. So they not only share a setting - they share TWO settings!

Book: Bitter Spirits by Jenn Bennett

Connection:
They both take place during the Roaring Twenties.

Book: Fresh Off The Boat by Eddie Huang

Connection:
The show is loosely based on Eddie Huang's memoir, and also shares the name.
